Since the loss of my darling sister Jeanne in 2013 and the passing of my loving parents Don and Joann Slowey in 2021 and 2023, we want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Pratt Funeral Home for their very compassionate support over the years. We are so grateful for the kind guidance and patience during the most difficult of times. We were comforted when feeling very overwhelmed and lost in our grief. Thank you to Nick and Darren for your professional support during the different steps of it all. And thank you to Mark for your sincere caring through all our sorrowful and happy moments. (We all know that I could not have done that very last devotion to Mom without your help). We will always remember. Thank you on behalf of the loving family of Jeanne Nee and Don and Joann Slowey.

Twenty years ago, my parents made funeral arrangements with Pratt Funeral Services. Approximately ten years ago, my father passed away. The pre-planning that my parents did made a very difficult time easier for my mother and brothers. The people at Pratt, through their thorough, patient, and caring service, also made the situation easier. Recently, my mother passed away. Nick Hodge was the person we worked with at Pratt. He was kind, considerate, patient, compassionate, and professional. That is a difficult balance to achieve. Mom was cared for, as were we. Too often businesses work harder to recruit new customers than they do to take care of their current customers. I don’t know who my parents worked with twenty years ago, and I don’t remember who we worked with ten years ago, but it’s likely that they are not all the same people as today. The people today provided excellent service even though the contract was made twenty years ago. This is a great example of a company truly valuing customer service.
